Refund Policy

At Keilys.Lashes, client satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our services, we have a strict no-refund policy.

1. No Refunds

All services are non-refundable, including full sets, fills, and removals.

Time, products, and labor are invested in each appointment and cannot be returned once the service is rendered.

2. Touch-Ups / Fixes
-
If you experience a problem with your lash extensions within 48 hours of your appointment (e.g. poor retention, irritation, or discomfort), please contact us immediately.

We offer one complimentary touch-up within this time frame, at the technician’s discretion.

After 48 hours, any additional work will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.

3. Allergic Reactions

We do not offer refunds for allergic reactions.

A patch test is available upon request at least 24–48 hours before your full set appointment.

If a reaction occurs, we offer free removal of the extensions.

4. Missed Appointments
-
No-shows and late cancellations (under 24 hours) are not eligible for a refund or credit. Please see our full Booking Policy for details.
