Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and expectations for receiving lash services at Keilys.Studio. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

1. Appointments & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total service fee is required to secure your appointment.

  • Appointments must be booked through our booking system on our website or by directly contacting us.

  • Please check your email 24 hours prior to your appointment for an email reminder with the location info and pre-care instructions​

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations (under 24 hours) will result in a $20 fee

  • No-shows will be charged the full deposit and may have to pay the full amount upon booking for future appointments

3. Late Arrivals

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, there will be a $10 fee and your appointment may be shortened or cancelled at your expense.

  • Time lost due to late arrival cannot be made up.

4. Fills, touch ups & removals

  • Lash fills require at least 40% of lash extensions remaining to be considered a fill. Anything less will be charged as a full set.

  • Lash fills are only offered on work completed by Keilys.Studio, unless previously approved.

  • If you require a lash removal, nail soak-off/removal, or brow correction/additional service, you must let us know in advance so enough time can be added to your appointment.

  • Additional fees may apply for foreign fills, removals, repairs, or corrective work.

5. Refunds & Reactions

  • Due to the nature of our services, no refunds are offered.

  • If you experience a reaction, lifting, breakage, or any issue related to the application of your lash, nail, or brow service within 48 hours, please contact us immediately to discuss a complimentary adjustment, fix, or removal if appropriate.

  • A patch test may be provided upon request before your full appointment for lash or brow services.

  • Complimentary fixes do not apply to damage caused by poor aftercare, rubbing, picking, trauma, or normal wear beyond the 48-hour period.

6. Health & Hygiene

  • Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell, have an eye infection, skin irritation, open wounds, nail infection, or any contagious illness/condition.

  • Clients must not attend appointments under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • For the safety of all clients, we reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it is unsafe to proceed.

7. Photography & Promotion

  • With your consent, photos may be taken before and after your service for promotional purposes (social media, portfolio, etc.).

8. Liability Waiver

  • By booking a service, you acknowledge that lash, nail, and brow services carry potential risks, including but not limited to irritation, allergic reactions, sensitivity, lifting, staining, skin irritation, or damage to natural lashes, nails, or hair.

  • By proceeding with your appointment, you release Keilys.Studio from liability for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from withheld medical information, allergies, failure to follow aftercare, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude, disrespectful, under the influence, arrives with a condition that may make service unsafe, or fails to follow our policies.

10. Agreement

By booking a lash appointment with Keilys.Studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
